These Terms govern use of AI Comment Bot, an automated software service that assists with monitoring and responding to comments on designated Facebook Pages.

1. Service

The Bot receives Page comment events through Meta's APIs and may use automated rules and AI-generated content to produce responses. Responses are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions or opinions that do not represent a guarantee of accuracy.

2. User interactions

Comments remain subject to Facebook's terms, community standards and the rules of the relevant Page. The Bot does not guarantee that every comment will receive a response or that every response will be correct or appropriate.

3. Prohibited use

The Bot must not be used to facilitate unlawful activity, harassment, threats, impersonation, spam, privacy violations or attempts to circumvent Meta's platform restrictions.

4. Third-party services

The Bot relies on third-party services, including Meta APIs and AI/hosting providers. Their own terms, policies and availability may apply.

5. Availability

The service is provided on an operational basis and may be interrupted for maintenance, platform changes, outages or other reasons. No uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.

6. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for losses arising solely from automated responses, third-party platform changes, service interruptions or inaccurate AI-generated content.

7. Changes

These Terms may be updated as the Bot changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
